Woods Products, Inc. Consumer Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Agreement”) apply to all consumer purchases of Woods Products, Inc. products, applications, and/or support (together, “Product”) sold in the United States by Woods Products, Inc.

Please read this document carefully and in its entirety. By placing an order for the Products, you agree to the Terms of Sale listed below.. Woods Products, Inc reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time without notice. All changes are effective immediately and apply to all consumers thereafter. It is your responsibility to check the website periodically to ensure you are aware of the terms.

This is a binding agreement. As an Agreement between Woods Products, Inc. and yourself, it may NOT be altered, appended, supplemented or amended by any other document, unless approved by Woods Products Inc. In addition to this document, the terms contained in other documents referenced in this Agreement may apply to you purchase including, Money Back Guarantee offers, End-user License Agreements, and Consumer Warranties.


Woods Products, Inc. reserves the right to change prices for the Products sold directly by Woods Products, Inc. at any time, and to correct any/all pricing errors that may occur. Unless otherwise agreed to by Woods Products, Inc. payment must be received by Woods Products, Inc. prior to acceptance of any order. Sales tax, shipping and handling fees are additional and shall be paid by purchaser. For questions about pricing, please call 800-561-4321.

Order Confirmations

Woods Products, Inc. may refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity at the sole discretion of Woods Products, Inc. If your order has been cancelled for any reason by Woods Products, Inc., Woods Products, Inc. will refund you the full billed amount. Woods Products Inc. may require qualifying information prior to processing any order. Once you place an order via telephone or the website, we will process your order and send an email Order Confirmation. Woods Products, Inc. does not process credit cards, or take other payment processing information. Payment processing is handled through a third-party service.

Woods Products, Inc. sells and ships products to end-users only. Woods Products, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect you are purchasing for resale.

Shipping & Delivery

Woods Products, Inc. ships to customers in the United States only. Shipments cannot be made to addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any Products purchased from Woods Products, Inc. . Product warranties may be null and void for Products exported outside the United States. Additional shipping charges may be added to orders based on the location of the recipient. Events outside of Woods Products, Inc’s control may impact shipping. Woods Products, Inc. is not responsible and cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to these kind of events.

WiOn Limited Product Warranty

This limited warranty is provided only to the original purchaser of Woods Products, Inc. products sold under the WiOnTM and Woods® brand names and should be retained for your records. By using Woods Products, Inc. Products, you as the original purchaser are asked to carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions of this Limited Product Warranty (“Limited Warranty”) before you use the Product. Your use of this product constitutes agreement with all provisions of this warranty. Purchasing this Product from a third party vendor negates all warranties (expressed or implied) in this warranty.

Limited Product Warranty

Woods Products, Inc., warrants to the original purchaser that these Woods Products, Inc. Products will be free from manufacturer defects in material, assembly, and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of original purchase subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty.
If any defects due to manufacturing should arise during the first year of purchase and all terms and conditions of the Limited Warranty have been met, Woods Products, Inc., will at its option, either repair or replace the product to the original purchaser without charge. If the Product cannot be repaired within a reasonable time or a reasonable price, Woods Products, Inc., may elect to refund the purchase price instead. No warranty work will be provided without the purchaser’s receipt or other proof of the date of original purchase acceptable to Woods Products, Inc.
This shall be Woods Products, Inc.’s maximum and total liability.
All return shipping charges shall be paid by the purchaser. The purchaser may have other rights which vary from state to state. The warranty does not apply to the following terms/conditions:
• War, theft, vandalism, or an act of God such as fire, floods, rain, wind, or earthquake
• Damage to the adapter caused by accident, misuse, or abuse in handling
• Damages exceeding the total cost of the adapter
• The finish on any portion of the adapter (i.e. surface scratches, weathering, corrosion, as this is considered normal wear and tear.)
• Transit damage, initial installation costs, removal costs, or reinstallation costs.
• Alteration, opening, tampering or modification of the Wi-Fi enabled adapter
• Improper maintenance, installation and/or operation of the Wi-Fi enabled adapter in other than a normal operating condition or in such a way as to otherwise fail to comply with the instructions or manuals thereof or otherwise constitute misuse;
• Preventing or refusing to allow Woods Products, Inc. to promptly inspect the damaged or defective Wi-Fi enabled adapter

Woods Products, Inc. does not incur liability for any of the following in any event:
• Personal injury;
• Direct, indirect, special, incidental, multiple or consequential damages;

Return Policy

We will accept returns on all undamaged Products within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product must be returned in original packaging along with the sales receipt or it will be ineligible for return. Please contact our customer service department toll-free at 800-561-4321 or by email at wionsupport@woods.com for a return merchandise authorization number and return instructions. Write the return merchandise authorization number given to you by customer service on the outside of the box at the top of the return address where it is clearly visible. Also include the RMA number somewhere inside the box so we can quickly and accurately apply your refund once the product is received. We cannot issue credit for product that is sent back without a return merchandise authorization number. We will provide a full refund on the purchase price including any shipping and handling fees from the original order. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned Product.

Claims Procedure

1. Contact Consumer Services to return the products. Before calling, please be prepared to provide the following information:
a) The part/model # of the product
b) Date and retailer where you purchased the products.
2. Once the Consumer Services representative advises that you may return the product, you will need to ensure the following steps are adhered to:
a) Each claim must be filed within 15 days of the date of the occurrence.
b) A copy of the original sale receipts for the product must accompany the return.
c) Provide the exact date and approximate time of the claimed failure along with a brief written description of how the damage occurred and reasonably describe any damage.
d) Send the product to the address below, freight prepaid. Original purchaser assumes all shipping costs and assumes the risk of loss or damage occurring during shipping or handling of the product.

3. The returned product will be tested by Woods Products, Inc. and the results of this test, together with the technical assessment(s) will be reviewed to determine whether the adapter failed to perform properly. You have the right to obtain copies of all reports at your expense.
NOTE: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
